At the beginning of the Year of 2023, two engineers (Gourav Soni and Mahendra Singh Solanki) left their highly paid positions as engineers. They both have over 02 decades of project management experience and got to the highest level in their profession but wanted to make a larger impact. At the end of the Year of 2023, they left the security of a corporate job and started their own venture. Their venture became HireDeveloper.dev and ended up evolving to RightByte Technologies, which is the next evolution of HireDeveloper.dev, building a better bridge in the IT Industry.
The Root of the Problem: Recognizing the “Skill Shortage”

Gourav and Mahendra were not motivated by profits, but out of frustration, as they observed common problems when developing massive projects. This problem was termed the “Talent Paradox.”
Both Gourav and Mahendra saw many startups with talented engineers who had “elite” resumes but could not produce “elite” code. Tech founders were spending too much money to recruit engineers for nothing and losing everything they had invested into “projects” as time passed away from them. The solution was clear that the industry did not need another staffing agency; it needed engineered engineers who have been engineered to engineer.
The Goal: Create a Twin-Engine Powerhouse
The objective is clear: Fix the problems with the industry through a two-pronged plan:
