Welcome toHireDeveloper.dev. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services provided by HireDeveloper.dev (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our platform or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services
HireDeveloper.dev provides specialized engineering team augmentation and managed software development services. We are a long-term engineering partner, not a generic talent marketplace. Our services include:
Building dedicated engineering teams.
Software development and project execution.
Tech talent sourcing and integration.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the “Talent Paradox” is avoided, clients must provide:
Accurate project requirements and technical contexts.
Timely feedback during the integration phase.
Access to necessary tools and environments for the engineering team.
Intellectual Property (IP)
Upon full payment of all fees due, all work product, source code, and documentation created specifically for the Client by HireDeveloper.dev shall be the sole property of the Client. HireDeveloper.dev retains rights to its pre existing frameworks, methodologies, and internal tools.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW). Payments are typically structured on a monthly retainer or milestone basis. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of development services.
Limitation of Liability
HireDeveloper.dev acts as a high accountability partner; however, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system downtimes or third-party integrations beyond our direct control.
