HireDeveloper.dev provides specialized engineering team augmentation and managed software development services. We are a long-term engineering partner, not a generic talent marketplace. Our services include:<\/p>\n

Building dedicated engineering teams.<\/p>\n

Software development and project execution.<\/p>\n

Tech talent sourcing and integration.<\/p>\n

Client Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n

To ensure the “Talent Paradox” is avoided, clients must provide:<\/p>\n

Accurate project requirements and technical contexts.<\/p>\n

Timely feedback during the integration phase.<\/p>\n

Access to necessary tools and environments for the engineering team.<\/p>\n

Intellectual Property (IP)<\/span><\/h3>\n

Upon full payment of all fees due, all work product, source code, and documentation created specifically for the Client by HireDeveloper.dev shall be the sole property of the Client. HireDeveloper.dev retains rights to its pre existing frameworks, methodologies, and internal tools.<\/p>\n

Fees and Payment<\/span><\/h3>\n

Service fees are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW). Payments are typically structured on a monthly retainer or milestone basis. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of development services.<\/p>\n

Limitation of Liability<\/span><\/h3>\n
